Therapy

We all carry things that are hard to hold alone.

Therapy is a space to slow down, make sense of things, & find a way forward.

Therapy is a collaborative and confidential process where we explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe and non-judgemental space. At its core, it’s an opportunity to better understand yourself and your patterns, work through challenges, and develop practical and individualised tools to improve your wellbeing. It’s also a space to safely work through trauma in a way that feels contained, grounded, and achievable.

The approaches Claudia is skilled in includes:

  • Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Schema Therapy (ST)

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

  • Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT)

  • Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)

Different approaches offer different tools and perspectives. Claudia will work with you to understand your difficulties and choose an approach that makes sense for you.

Assessment

Supporting you to understand how your mind works.

Psychological assessment is a collaborative process that provides an opportunity to better understand yourself and the way your brain works. Together, we explore your strengths, challenges, and patterns of thinking, learning, attention, and behaviour through conversations and evidence-based assessment tools. Whether seeking clarity around ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), cognitive functioning, or learning difficulties, the aim is to gain meaningful insights and practical recommendations that support you to better understand yourself and thrive in your daily life.
